OBSELETE WITH VERSION 2.13 OF NPC'S SPRINT IN COMBAT

With Manager:
Click the download with manager button and install as normal.

Manual:
Add to the data folder inside the New Vegas install directory.

This should load after NPCs Sprint in the Load Order
