Looks like Modern HUD was "deleted" because of the absolute shitshow that is going on with the Nexus team and the Mod Authors. So as of now, these textures are not useful if you haven't downloaded Modern HUD beforehand.
Edit: Anro is ceasing modding for now. She has provided links to folders containing all of her Fallout 3 and New Vegas mods, including ModernHUD. More info in the #announcements channel in her server.
Edit 2: All of her mods are now up on her own site, Anros-Workshop. Modern HUD is there as well. Download it from there.

the fact that anro nuked everything including his discord server and the github workshop is very sad to the people who actually wanted to test it(im one o those), also that nexusmods article was a show full of bullsht, but why actually he destroyed every piece of the mod to the point where is impossible download it when it was already enough delete it from here?
Hi ya. Do you remember what the requirements are for the modern hud? I've reinstalled my game a while ago, but currently can't get it to work right. I know it worked before on my older copy, but I don't remember the requirements it needed to work. Thanks in advance.
I already have all those like most people do, but it still isn't working right which is what I meant to ask you. I think there was some other requirement that I can't remember. Edit: fixed it now my SUP was way out of date lol.
