Brings the "Addictol" Chem from FO4 into the Mojave Wasteland.

Addictol is a rare chem found in Fallout 4 which cures the player of all current addictions.
This chem is not found in vanilla New Vegas; though the script is buried within the files of the game. This mod simply takes advantage of the script, and turns it into a usable chem in the game.
Due to the relative power of this chem, it is rather expensive, cannot be found in the world at random, and is only sold by two particular vendors: those being Doc Mitchell in Goodsprings, and Dr. Usanagi at the New Vegas Medical Centre.
I made this mod as (sort of) a companion to Hexefs mod "More Conditions to Fast Travel". This mod does as the tin says and adds extra conditions to fast travel, Addictions being one of them. If you aren't near a doctor, pop a vial of Addictol and fast travel away!
