Remakes A Light Shining In Darkness with no glow, fixed iron sights, and support for hitman47101's Iron Sights Recoil Animations.

This mod adds various fixes to A Light Shining in Darkness in one convenient package. Firstly, the model has been remade from the base .45 Auto Pistol to get rid of the shiny "glow" that shown on A Light Shining in Darkness in low light situations. Secondly, the iron sights have been adjusted from the base game's, which were way over the assumed point of impact; the point of impact now resides at the bottom of the trench sights as intended. Lastly, the pistol has been given support for hitman47101's Iron Sights Recoil Animations, a mod that I consider a necessity. This mod is not compatible with retexture mods due to the custom texture work and UV rigging; if anyone would like to try and make it compatible, feel free to do so.

It has been quite a while since I've posted anything here, dear Nexus, and this mod is but a small project I did on the side while working on a much larger mod. While I have been mostly dormant, I have been working for over a year now on a new collection of weapons, armors, creatures, and (hopefully) a main questline to give people something to test all of the weapons out on. I have completed around 40 weapons and a handful of armors and still have much on my list I would like to try and create so it will be some time before I get the mod finished, especially if I have to figure out how to make a functioning quest (a monumental task for someone who lacks programming skills). Whenever that time does come, I would like to seek help from the community to make this dream a reality but that is merely a pipe dream for now; I may even have to resort to doing a basic note quest! I digress. This site has changed much over the years since my last mod but it still holds a special place in my heart; its good to be posting mods here again and keep an eye out on the imageshare for sneak peeks!
