If you've wanted to explore more of crafting, but are too stingy to commit a perk to it, this is the mod for you.
With this mod installed you can now craft items unlocked by the Mad Bomber, Handloader, Vigilant Recycler, Voracious Reader, and Nuka-Chemist perks without actually needing them. Skill requirements are still in place however.
(Fun Fact: Did you know most of the recipes unlocked by Handloader and Vigilant Recycler actually require far less skill than needed to take the perk itself? Conversely, many of the Mad Bomber Recipes require as much as *double* the requirement!)
There are two versions of this mod to choose from: One will remove the perks from the level-up menu as they're no longer functionally necessary.
The other one will keep them takeable. This is in case you're worried about a mod potentially using them for a dialogue check. (To my knowledge there are no such checks in the base game.)
