Trying out something a little different and the result is a weapon heavily inspired by the Resistance games. A sort of retro tactical battle rifle, the Folsom Carbine is fully automatic and shoots .308 bullets from a 20-round box magazine. It deals a fair amount of damage with the trade-off being a relatively small magazine count. Think of the Cerberus Harrier from Mass Effect 3. Best used in short controlled bursts if you want to conserve your ammo.

There's complete leveled list integration so it'll appear on enemies, merchants and containers.and there is free test copies within the Goodsprings Schoolhouse to boot. Weapon mods that can be attached through the vanilla system are a laser/bayonet, silencer and an upgrade kit that alters the appearance for increased max condition. As for crafting at a workbench you can equip and remove different optic sights. The Gun Runners should have everything you need for ingredients.
