   If you're using OneTweak to play Windowed Borderless, set "ForceBorderless" and "ForceBorderlessFullscreen" both to false in enblocal.ini. My game didn't start with these set to true.

   Does anyone else have a problem with the ENB having the terrain and world pop in and out? i disabled all my mods and even with a vanilla game it still does this.

      - Make sure to disable steam overlay - enb does not work well with steam overlay (Steam - settings - ingame - unclick enable the steam overlay while ingame)

   I have incredibly bright neon signs and also the water bursting out the pipe in megaton at night is super bright ?
