Completes and restores the script that allows Pew Pew to fire a two-shot burst.

There is a script in the GECK that was originally intended to be attached to Pew Pew that causes it to fire a two-shot burst, consuming all ammo, removing the need to click twice. While the script works to a degree, upon firing with an ammo count less than what is needed for two shots the gun will still fire twice. This was due to a lack of scripting functionality to check the player's current ammo count, and as such the script was never attached to Pew Pew in a release build. Using NVSE and the JIP LN plugin the script has been completed and the problem fixed.
Also, if you have Pew Pew equipped already in your save file you will have to re-equip it for the script to take effect.
