   Do the Thugs respawn? Also is this compatible with Freeside Open?

      They do respawn, and I don't think so.

   I know a bit about GECK (1000+ hours) and modding, and could really refine what you have done and add a bit more, I can even add navmesh which is the "tarp" NPCs use to decide where they can move. In short, I LOVE your mod idea and I request if I can use what you have done and make a full fledged mod out of it? I'd add navmash and fully redecorate the interior that has the jail cell in it.

   You're right Freeside is too empty, and with all the free-to-use resources on nexus; an overhaul is called for. Although, I dont have the technical skills to implement mods and what not haha. So thank you for doing this!

   i'm collecting all the mods that add shop and ncs to freeside to make it a living place and this is a great addition to my collection
