(Q)
- What for? After all, there is already a program for optimization - Optimizer Textures (Ordenador)?
(A) - Ordenador-Texture Optimizer not process 8k textures and some 4k (it just skip some textures without any errors and log events)
(Also it not support a lot of DDS formats)

- Support all DDS formats
(except some dx12)

- Support for 16k textures


- Fine correcting size mismatch

Custom command-line args:
TEXA <THREAD NUM> [-S<SIZE>] [-HQ] [-NOCOMP] [-NOCORRECT] [-NOMIP\-FORCEMIP] [PATH]

EXAMPLE: TEXA 8 -S2048 C:\TEXTURES

-THREAD NUM: By default max physical cores used
-HQ: Use lanczos filtering and high quality compression (dds only)
(!) lanczos filtering is slow
-NOCORRECT: Do not correct wrong texture size
-NOCOMP: Output not compressed (dds only)
-NOMIP: Do not generate mipmaps
-FORCEMIP: Regenerate mipmaps for all textures
(!) By default - mipmaps generate only if source texture containe it
(!) Mipmaps option affect only DDS texture format

-S<SIZE>:
(!) RECOMMEND TO USE: -S1024, -S2048, -S4096
EXAMPLE: With -S2048, if some texture is 4096x8192 you get new texture 512x2048 (4096x4096 --> 2048x2048)
