if Playing Hardcore mode you will now also suffer hydration penalties when doing push ups - I added a push up milestone which will reduce this penalty - which sort of simulates your body getting more effective at doing pushup .

What does the Update do? Version 2
I Fixed my two Animations and updated and Added an AnimObject . Also updated the esp to find the Binocular mesh in a new Folder directory so its not sitting in the vanilla directory with all the Folders.
What does it do?
This mod adds Collectable consumables to the wasteland in the form of a Collection of books which you will have to scavenge for but once found can be repeatedly read until you decide you no longer want it in your inventory, and store it on your bookshelf at your house(Immersive bookshelf). The books will allow you to preform exercises, Dancing, Cheering, naughty gestures and so on as if you are actually reading the books and learning about the Moves. Each Book will grant the player permission to receive a consumable token which they can trigger to start the performance, when you use a trigger you will not receive another one straight away as there is a cool down, which prevents you from exploiting the system.
All of the books cause either perk bonuses or other benefits, and sometimes negatives depending on the build you went for. The books vary in complexity, the most complex being the Push up perk which has various milestone achievements the more you do.
Some of the Animations will also illicit a response from NPCS depending on your stats and Faction .

Forgot to show the Effects each Animation has on the player -
push ups give 3 DT initially but as you do more the benefits get greater --
Doing the hero pose will give the player Charisma bonuses if they get a positive response and negative if they get a negative response
What does the video show?
The first pose reaction is showcasing what happens when the player attempt to Hero pose when they have low strength, the result is a crowd of laughing NPCs --
The second pose reaction is showing the reactions the troops have when the player has a High strength level

The binocular Animation will only work if you have binoculars
if you use Script extenders - don't read this
I tried my best to use only vanilla script functions, so hopefully this mod should not require any Script extenders to work - just did some testing and everything seems to work without NVSE and JLP except the Jogging Book -
Remember to Archive Invalidate !
When triggering an Animation try and be in 3rd person mode or things can get weird.
if you install this and decide you don't want to keep it, make sure you have no current effects on you from my mod.
