About this mod
This mod fixes 2 problems with the unmarked Fallout 3 quest 'This Old House.' The first, is that Winthrop will never offer this unmarked quest. The second, problem is that the player may be presented with Energy Weapons during a skill check which is not a requirement.

The First Problem: Winthrop will never offer the option to trade scrap for their excess Stims/Radaway
This may have been a mistake which happened when the TTW Developers were importing the fallout 3 dialogue.
They simply swapped 1 checkbox in the place of another. If you'd rather just make the change yourself and add
that to your own general Bugfix.esp, you can see how it's done below.
The change that needs to be made:
(quest)FreeformUnderworld > Topics [Tab] > left panel choose: UnderworldWinthropJob
Once you have navigated here, you will see 2 entries in the Info Panel. << (right of the previous panel, at the very top.)
They will be almost identical except one has an "S" flag.
They both will begin with the text "Me? I Keep every hunk of old rusted pre-war....."
This S-flag is the problem.
Highlight the entry which DOES have the S-Flag.
- Now look below for the "Say Once" checkbox, it is below were you see Response Text. <<< Uncheck this.
Now highlight the entry which DOES NOT have the S-Flag. (the one you didn't just edit of course)
Again find the "Say Once" checkbox and make sure it's checked.
The end result should be that you can see that the S-Flag has moved from the original line
and now there is an S-Flag on the line which didn't have one.
Click okay, and save to your esp.
There was another weird thing that happened to me while I was playing the game:
When I finally got the unmarked quest working, the only option to rob him that I would get
was [Energy Weapons]. Which is not one of the requirements for this quest.
As it turns out this was just a simple DropBox item change, to fix this..
(quest)FreeformUnderworld > Topics [Tab] > left panel choose: UnderworldWinthropJob1Rob1
Change the dropbox that says [Energy Weapons]
It needs to match the Condition further below.
