Elite Ranger Overcoat
The Elite Ranger Combat Overcoat from Lonesome Road has been Torn from its Original Clothing and made into a new equippable Accessory Which Can be worn over other clothing pieces, Works on both male and females - females will likely get less clipping
The Armours can be purchased at the 188 Trading post from Michelle for varying prices. I adjusted the Items based on some quick assumptions- So feel free to leave feedback in regards to the armours stats and names so I can make them more appropriate.
What does the update include?
I removed any reference to Michelle in FNVedit which will solve conflict with other mods, I have also added a New merchant who you can purchase the items from, she is located at the 188tradingpost and is basically a copy of Michelle but with red hair and no dialogue.

Elite Ranger Overcoat Merchant Mary-
The total amount of armours is 6- with 3 pairs, each pair consist of the Overcoat with its arms and without the arms.
why without the arms?
The arms are the primary item in my experience which cause the most noticeable Clipping and so I made two versions.
Because the armours can be Equipped with other armours you are very likely to get clipping, this is also the reason I did not create a female body type one, because the male One is larger and therefore can help reduce clipping for Female characters -
