does anyone know how I get these colors? My game still looks so dark and greyish. I put it 2.to last in my load order, the only thing coming after it is desert natural weather NV version like the author stated but it looks nothing like in the pictures :(
I am running a full TTW setup with over 300 mods. I wanted weather and lighting as simple as possible for both DC and Nevada and after trying a lot of combinations, came up with one that seems bug free so far. This leans into more natural colors and darker nights.

There is a bug in the horizon clouds for TTW Vibrant Weathers. I have provided a temporary fix at https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/71647?tab=bugs
This load order will work but for those interested I have a couple tweaks. I prefer my own night time stars (small twinkly ones) and so I disable meshes/sky/stars.nif in Weathers Revised.
*I also like the moon and sun effects from True Weathers TTW and so load them after the others. Download True Weathers TTW and disable/remove ALL files except:
located in textures/sky/panoramas masser_full.dds masser_half_wan.dds masser_half_wax.dds masser_one_wan.dds masser_one_wax.dds masser_three_wan.dds masser_three_wax.dds sun.dds sunglare.dds
Anyway, working great for me, hope this might help somebody else.
Should have noted I am using this with a post processor, Pharago's FPSC Engine. I have bloom and hdr off in the TTW graphics settings and am running all this on an LG OLED 42" monitor in 4K on a 4090 power box. Screenshots of my FPSC settings:
EDIT: The latest update to this mod includes these changes - leaving this up to show the changelog. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Someone had commented on DN Weathers saying that when using this mod with DNW NV the rain is invisible in the Mojave, so I looked into it.
I think it has to do with the rain script in this mod that checks for DurastRain in order to stop or start the Vanilla rain quest. I switched it to check for IsRaining instead for better compatibility. It is a default function so script extender requirements are not necessary to add.
I also remembered seeing mentions of the horizon clouds having a seam, so I switched the textures from layer 1 to layer 2 because that has helped in my experience when I've encountered this. I copied over the cloud coloring from layer 1 as well to layer 2 accordingly. I tested for a bit after doing this and didn't see any seams.
Here is a link to download these edits: [REMOVED] Feel free to upload any of these as well. It includes 4 files in one zip file so they need to be extracted individually before installing.
There are 4 files, 2 of which still have edits to Point Lookout climates and regions for each version. Since there are a few comments that mention Point Lookout looking off, I'd probably recommend using the versions that don't have the PL edits.
It makes sense why things would look off in PL since this doesn't have unique weathers for PL with closer fog, and because in Vanilla PL doesn't have an imagespace set so the IMODs and weather values have to be set up differently for it.
Love the mod so far, only issue is, I just entered Point Lookout (TTW), and there is no fog/can see water border. Disabling this mod returns the normal look to PL.
