Overall scripts improvements.
The Credit Check Balance, Passport Price and Monorail Price can be set to whatever value you want. Credit Check and passport can't be lower than 2000 caps. Monorail can't be lower than $5NCR.
Removed the message prompt from the Monorail. It will check your currencies automatically. In this version at least one NCR bill must be used, the rest will be paid in caps (if the price is set higher than 5).
Improved the Monorail and Lucky 38 Elevator scripts to support companions added by mods.
Fixed Securitrons Gatekeepers attacking you after passing the Credit Check (caused by the NPC trying to enter the Strip).
TTW patch no longer necessary.

Minor mod changes (quest delay, event handlers, etc...).
Tweaked Victor's behavior. He will no longer disappear after activating The Fort Securitrons but you will be able to activate the elevator door instead of talking to him everytime. When you activate the elevator door to change floor he will announce the floor (e.g. "Casino Floor!").
Vanilla Fix: Victor now say "Penthouse Floor!" like he's supposed to.

Delay the access to the Lucky 38 Presidential Suite (see description).
If you destroy The Fort Securitrons, the Lucky 38 will be in lockdown and all the Securitrons will attack you on sight (see description).

Added a missing script line which by its absence caused the monorail to not work if you had the ticket price set to $10 and tried to pay with 2 $5 bills.
The INI file in the last version didn't have bMonorailPass (which is what decide if you can receive a monorail VIP pass). The new one is up to date. NOTE: You can safely delete the ini file, the game will create a new one when you start it.

Added iDisableRalphRoute in the INI which allow you to completely cut the possibility to buy a counterfeit passport from Ralph, making The King's favor the only way to get a counterfeit.

INI - The Securitron Science check can be configured.
INI - Added the option to disable the Barter check to get a discount from Ralph (enabled by default).
You can now obtain a Monorail VIP Pass by disarming the bomb in the quest I Put A Spell On You. The pass will be given to you by Colonel Hsu as a reward and will give you access to the monorail for free (you will receive a pass if the quest has already been completed on your save).
Having Yes Man taking over the Lucky 38 will stop the Securitron Gatekeeper from asking you for a credit check or passport.
Decreased Ralph's Speech check from 80 to 60 but added being ACCEPTED by Freeside as a requirement (meaning the option won't be visible until you're accepted).
A couple of improvements in the scripts and fixed a mistake in some dialogues (the science check notably).
Thanks to the INI file it's easy for the user to customize the mod to his/her own tastes. Don't hesitate to ask for different settings.

Removed the 80 Speech when showing the counterfeit passport to the Securitron. I increased Ralph's 50 Speech check to 80 instead (I actually didn't know about it lol, thanks to ryanmar for pointing it out).

WAYS OF ENTERING THE STRIP - VANILLA vs MOD:
CREDIT CHECK: VANILLA: The Securitron will ask you to pass a 2,000 caps credit check. MOD: 5,000 caps are now required. Note: Configurable in the INI file. INI Setting: iCreditCheckBalance
HACKING: VANILLA: You can hack the Securitron with 80 Science. MOD: No change has been made.
KILL THE SECURITRONS: VANILLA: You can kill the Securitrons and get a key from the Gatekeeper. MOD: No change has been made.
COUNTERFEIT PASSPORT: VANILLA: After a 50 Speech check, you can pay Ralph from Mick & Ralph's to forge you a passport. MOD: Speech and Barter checks increased to 80 or disable the option to buy a passport from Ralph. Note: Configurable in the INI file. INI Setting: bDisableRalphRoute and bRalphSpeechBarter

If you fail the Speech check you won't be able to persuade Ralph again, making The King's favor the last way of getting a counterfeit passport.
G.I. BLUES QUEST: VANILLA: After helping the King you can ask to enter The Strip as a favor. He will send you to Ralph who will give you a counterfeit passport. MOD: No change has been made.
CAMP MCCARRAN MONORAIL: VANILLA: If you're liked, wear a NCR armor or have Boone with you, you can take the monorail to enter the Strip. MOD: A $5 NCR bill is now required to use the monorail and even if you access The Strip with the monorail, a credit check or passport is still required to pass the main gate (you can leave through it safely though, don't worry). Note: Configurable in the INI file. INI Setting: iMonorailPrice
NEW FEATURES:
BUY A PASSPORT: You can now buy a real passport from the Gatekeeper for 5,000 caps. Note: Configurable in the INI file. INI Setting: iNVPassportPrice
CREDIT CHECK ROUTINE: If you choose the credit check route, the Gatekeeper will ask you again everytime you try to access The Strip. To stop this, you need to either get a passport (real or counterfeit) or hack the Securitron.

YES MAN TAKE OVER: If Yes Man take control of the Lucky 38 the Securitron Gatekeeper will stop asking you for a credit check or a passport.
LUCKY 38 PRESIDENTIAL SUITE ACCESS DELAYED: Delay the access to the Lucky 38 player home, you will need to upgrade The Fort Securitrons first or take over the Lucky 38 with Yes Man. Note: Configurable in the INI file. INI Setting: bLucky38SuiteAccess
LUCKY 38 LOCKDOWN: If you destroy The Fort Securitrons, all the Securitrons will attack you on sight until Mr. House is killed. Note: Configurable in the INI file. INI Setting: bSecuritronsAttack The Strip NPCs will become essential during the lockdown to avoid unwanted casualties. A cut confrontation with Victor has been restored, inspired by New Vegas Uncut - Outside Bets, Outside Bets will take over if it's installed so don't worry about incompabilities, just make sure it is set lower than Harder New Vegas Strip Access in your load order.
