Bug Fixes, modified spawn location so that it doesn't spawn inside the hill. It might be hovering a couple inches above the ground depending on your setup but that just makes it easier to find.

Changed projectile to blue plasma (to better match the blue accents of this plasma weapon)
Changed disintegrate animation to blue (same reason as above)
Reduced damage to a more reasonable amount for a plasma pistol.

This is a fix of the following issues with the very cool "Cables Plasma Pistol" mod.
Fixes:
1. Fixed ironsight alignment (It doesn't have ironsights, but at least it's in the correct 1st person position while aiming.)
2. Reduced crazy high crit bonus to a more reasonable 20%.
3. Changed projectile to blue plasma ( to match the blue accents of this plasma weapon )
4. Changed disintegrate animation to blue (same reason as above)
