Added any edited cells room/portal markers that was previosuly not touched as ITM records, can fix problems when another mod unintentionally edits any of those records

Re-added original 1.0 versions central sewers room markers and added a separate FULL version for YUP
Stole a room marker position in RocketLabBasement from the mod Masters of the Madre, no longer needs a patch for compatibility.
Moved several "water portals" closer to the water source to avoid bug showing when they're not within the view frustum.

Fixes an issue in central sewers with YUP 12.1 - only relates to FULL version.
Requires YUP for its changes to some roombounds but is not a hard requirements so it can work for TTW as well as long as it has the same changes YUP has.
A roombound essentially tells the game what to render while in an interior cell. This mod changes roombounds for several interior cells. This includes adding more, combining some, removing duplicate portals and more.
