All the items can be found as you progress and explore the game. For some reason the game would crash every time I placed the weapon on the ground, so that is located on the dead sheriff in primm's corpse. The fedora is now a replacer for Vance's Lucky Hat, and the Dank Shades will replace the Lucky Shades. I chose to make these into a replacer rather than a standalone item due to a bug that caused the original hat and glasses appear on the side of my characters' head. F in the chat PepeHands
I mainly made this for personal use to annoy my friend, so don't expect a 69/10 mod.
