Is it only me or why the strip lighting (on the lucky 38 tower) when you viewing it at the front of the camp mccarran the light is all turned off. like at first it worked for a couple milisecond after i install this mod but then the light is all just compeletely disappear.
This works very badly with ENB. I use Chromatic Melancholy and the nights are so dark that the only things I can see are silhouettes. If you don't have some sort of PipBoy light enhancer then you are legally blind. Even then, it's still too dark and you can only see about 6 feet in front of you.

as of 2023, at least for me, this caused error R6205, Pure Virtual Function Call. If you are here because of the vanilla enhanced reshade, it works perfectly fine without Altitude as far as I'm aware.
This mod makes the windows in my game shine bright yellow at night. It's specially noticeable at the Prospector Saloon in Goodsprings. It's probably a conflict with some other mod I'm using, since it doesn't look like the images in the op, but I'm just writing it here in case anyone runs into this problem too.
