When enemies spot you, you'll hear the alert sound from Metal Gear Solid, and a red exclamation mark appears above the enemy that spotted you first. Originally made by Volek and tweaked by me.

Original Mod
When enemies spot you while you are sneaking, you'll hear the alert sound from Metal Gear Solid, and a red exclamation mark appears above the enemy that spotted you first. It won't appear again until you are hidden.
The range of the effect is 2 cells, enemies further away won't trigger the sound.
It is recommended to leave your companions at home while using this mod. The effect does not work on companions because it causes too many issues.
This mod was originally made by Volek. I modified it so that the sound only plays when the player is crouched. Requires NVSE.
