- fix 'refinement' option that was not always working
- fix 'no health' option that couldn't be enabled at will in the MCM depending on some settings
- add 'Simple Mode' to restrain the filling choices to 'Fill all bottles' only
- add option to return exact empty bottles that have been used from previous refills
- add option to include new water bottles to generic lists
- the option to fill all your empty bottles will now display how many bottles you have
- tweaks some default settings
- improves some scripts, remove useless entries
- also some other minors improvements I can't recall
