Alternate appearance for someguy2000's companion, Russell.

Since I noticed the hair I used for my version of Russell is included in Mojave Styles, I figured I'd take advantage of having permission to use it and post it.
I know this won't be anywhere near as popular as the girl makeovers, but for the other...five people who, like me, prefer their male followers to also be decent looking, maybe you'll enjoy it. :P
Removes the Ranger hat from his inventory (because clipping, anyone who knows how to make a mashed-up version of the hat and his hair, please, feel free to do so) and also changes his Desert Ranger armor's mesh for the Honest Hearts version to take advantage of better textures, and fixes the bug with his gun to properly use the infinite companion ammo.
