ive ttw and this mod doesnt work properly, maybe it just you cant fix this stuff due to different lighting mod you have, i guess, i tried NVMIM, same, doesnt work at all...i used simple lighting overhaul mod
Hey chief not sure if you are still working on this one, but it does seem the flickering is less noticeable but I think I've found one that is still affected.
Maybe it's just me, but the mod didn't fix the black litter. These ones are still affected: StreetLitter01 (example in Fields' Shack) StreetLitterDark01 StreetLitterDark02 (examples for both 01 & 02 in workers' bunkroom right before entering Salida Del Sol North bell tower)
So far it hasn't really helped that much. Maybe a little but I still notice the flickering when the pipboy is on a lot of times. Keep in mind I'm using ttw and only reporting my findings from playing in dc for abt 12 hours now. Maybe the Mojave is different though.
next time it happens can you open the console and tell me the editor ID of the thing it's happening to? and did you make sure this mod isn't being overwritten by any other mods? I'm using it on TTW and it's been working fine for me. Also you don't use New Vegas Reloaded do you?

My problem is that the street litter will flicker back and forth between the regular version and a darker (but not completely black) version. Apparently this mod stops them from turning pitch black? if so, I never had that issue so ig this mod just isn't necessary for me.
PS: I was using nv reloaded 1.3 (which shouldn't have any problems like the newer versions). Without it I had the same problem
