Adds LORE FRIENDLY T-18 light legion tanks to several areas controlled by Caesar's Legion

This mod adds MC-1 or T-18 light tanks to the legion's ranks. In the most LORE FRIENDLY way possible. They were added at most locations where there is a legion presence. I also tried to add some to the battle of Hoover Dam, but most of them didn't appear properly.
They are rigged on the sentry bot's skeleton with "unique" animations, 1hp, for combat. I would have preferred to use an Italian tank but was unable to find an appropriate one.
I tried to not make them literally unkillable with standard armaments and also decided not to make them only killable by an unreliable annoyingly scripted weapon because that would be stupid.
