Version 1.4a
- Went through all the scripts in the DLCs and edited the GetLevel conditions to check for half the level previously checked. While I used the YUP versions of the scripts as a base to edit, check your load order in FNVEdit for conflicts with any other mods that might edit those scripts.
- Added ESP-less scriptrunner written by Franscar, which can be used *instead of* the main file if desired. Note this will halve the level of all perks and leveled lists based on the last level listed in the winning overwrite in your load order.

Version 1.3b
- Realized that there is a dialogue with Contreras which checks to see whether the player is level 12 before unlocking access to his special inventory. I've reduced that check to level 6.

- Updated the Viva New Vegas version of Leveling Overhaul to account for Mojave Raiders which is included in the latest Viva New Vegas modlist.

- Removed redundant records, corrected numerous entries for perks or missing records for the patched versions as well as adding a new file based on the Viva New Vegas modding guide.
