Removes "Hair" slot from the standalone gas masks so it can be worn with hair and hats in The Frontier.

This tweak makes the Hazmat, Survivalist, Firebreathing, Recon, and Recon (Filtered) Masks from The Frontier to no longer take up the "hair" slot, allowing it to be worn with hats and won't make you go bald. Obviously now, the developers made it this way because many of the hats in the mod would clip into the masks. Use at your own peril. Also, this tweak does not extend to the Hazmat Wrappings and unique character gas masks, as it would more than likely to have more clipping issues. Does not go well with Snowmen suits. (Not yet tested with the new Frontier build)
