Just replaces the textures for the loading screen roulette wheel with blank ones so you can see your crisp loading screens in their glorious entirety.

Shouldn't cause any compatibility issues as it's literally just blank textures, just make sure it's overwriting anything else that could change the loading wheel like NMC's.
