This mod simply removes that looping ringing noise that accompanies a crippled head, without removing the periodic visual distortions or the stat penalty. Having a crippled head in-game shouldn't threaten to give you a headache in real life! Also, the effect on your character is already represented in the penalty to perception.
This appears to be compatible with TTW and everything else on my 100+ plugin modlist, but let you know if you encounter any incompatibilities or bugs. I just can't promise I'll know how to fix them.
This is a particularly useful mod if you play with hardcore mods that make Doctor's Bags rare and medical care expensive, as I do. No more will you have to endure dozens of minutes wandering around with an insanity-inducing case of tinnitus.
