About this mod

ReShade that applies pseudo cel shading, increases color saturation, and provides aliasing and ambient occlusion. Complete ENB replacement.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Simple ReShade preset that improves color profile, visual fidelity, and adds a mesh edge to textures to simulate cel shading. Feel free to use an ENB as well, although it will probably introduce instability. Also I highly recommend ENB Hair Fixes to improve mesh alignment. You will also need ENB First Person Transparency Fix.

Installation
To install simply copy the contents of "Comic Reshade" into your New Vegas root folder. If you have ReShade installed already you may overwrite the files, but I would recommend uninstalling first via the ReShade Setup tool.

The proper depth buffer configuration should already be in place but for good measure I'll include it here as well.
Pressing "Home" on your keyboard should bring up the overlay.

Note: As with ENB I would recommend disabling AA for this to work properly. You will also need to disable
"True Iron Sights" as it will misalign your gun with the shading.

ENB Users
Reshade also relies on the "d3d9.dll" file that ENB does. You will need to move ENB's version of this file out of the game folder in order to install ReShade. Once ReShade is installed to the game directory you can rename it's "d3d9.dll" file to "reshade.dll". Afterwards, move the ENB's copy back to the directory. Now, go into your "enblocal.ini" file and change the proxy settings as follows:
[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=false
ProxyLibrary=reshade.dll

Now you should be good to use both!

Options

- If you don't like the bloom effect, you can swap "Blooming_HDR" for normal "HDR"

- You can increase brightness by disabling "Curves"
- Depth of Field is provided in the download, but it's disabled by default. If you really want to simulate astigmatism feel free to enable it.
