Because clearly you just love seeing the same loading screens "tips" for the past ten years.
Have you ever played New Vegas for more than 30 minutes and said to yourself "Man I'm sure glad I'm reading the same useless loading screen tips on top of that screen for the past decade!" ?
Did you once stare at the words "The Lockpicking skill is used to open locked doors and containers" and not quietly posit how truly infuriating reading that sentence was?
Well this mod is not for you!
What this mod does is change ALL Vanilla and DLC loading screen tips into good-humored and friendly tips as an alternative to the same great, useful, and not at all grating tips we've been seeing for the past ten years.
This mod changes ALL the tips but don't worry - they are politically correct and respectful of all race, creed, and color. It exudes a kind of open-mindedness not only to all in-game factions, but all beliefs and opinions in real life too.
Check the images for samples of the changes! I'm sure you'll find them very accomodating.

Also included, a version for Tale of Two Wastelands! Which covers all DC location specific loading screens too!
