Reduced the opacity of the snow effects I could find in The Frontier files so that they are less blinding. The effect is especially noticeable if you use post processing like ENB/Reshade/New Vegas Reloaded, but they are not required.

Changelogs
Version 2.0
Added more effects that I missed from the weather folder, making snow weather less blinding. Removed more subtle version as it was unnecessary.

More subtle rain addon is provided as an optional file. I would reccomend it.
Install normally, load after/overwrite The Frontier if needed.
