This is a brand new personal bunker, outfitted with all your personal needs
bunker features
- personal bed (gives well rested perk)
- personal storage
- full kitchen
- Plumbing
- workstations
- working lights
- and a personal terminal
- a personal shop / repair services
- Inventory Management
- self supplying first aid kit, stims, doctor bags, radx and radaway (first aid kit is safe to store other medical supplies)

Also included is a set of custom armor and a custom weapon stored in a safe with a very hard lock
the terminal includes a backstory to the weapons and armor and even gives you schematics for you to built the items yourself to give to a companion
Bunker is located west of the 188 Trading post.
UPDATE
completely remade this mod after gaining some experience, added a short quest to actually obtain the bunker and gear
to start the quest read the note in the mojave outpost (location shown in images)

now there is an optional patch for hitman's animation mods
