(like what i said earlier, adds a set of weapons, armor, stims, food and bullets in the villa, there are mods for such weapons too, need to proceed further in the dlc to find it. its around the entrances of new outside areas. also there is a stack of sierra madre chips for you to get. tbh i am not fond of lookin for chips around... XD)

A-R F-T (Auto-Reloading Fine-Tuned)Holorifle
Caravan shottie
357 revolver
Cosmic Knife
Armor
Sierra Madre Heist suit. (hat, suit, and also a pair of shades)
Aid
some pack lunches and stims.
Requires Dead Money DLC of course!
