Simple base damage rebalance of weapons by caliber to provide a more realistic experience. Didn't find any rebalance of modded weapons on here so I took an hour out of my evening to rebalance the Vanilla, DLC, and single most comprehensive mod I could find on here, the Weapons of the New Millenia/MTindle merged pack. All those files are required. Rebalances Honest Hearts, GRA, preorder packs as well as this mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68197
Damages range approximately the following, give or take a couple points for variables like barrel length, special weapons, etc...
1 handed melee weapons: 30-45, depending on type, with occasional exception 2 handed melee weapons 45-70, depending on type, with occasional exception
Energy pistols: 35-50 Energy rifles: 50-70
Find it to be a good realism rebalance for some challenging, heart-pounding fights, especially when used in conjunction with Realistic Weapon Damages, which edits limb damage instead of the weapons themselves.
