This mod adds a book into the game called the Vault-Tec Armorer's Manual that once obtained will grant you the Vault-Tec Armorer perk, which will allow you to add armor to any Vault Jumpsuit in the game.

Vanilla Version

-Adds a copy of the Vault-Tec Armorer's manual to Sarah Weintraub's inventory in the Vault 21 Gift Shop. It can either be purchased, pickpocketed or looted from her corpse
-Adds the ability to add Armor to the following Jumpsuits, converting them into Armored Vault Jumpsuits: Vault 3, Vault 3 Utility, Vault 11, Vault 19, Vault 21, Vault 22, Vault 34. Each jumpsuit requires 5 Scrap Metal, a Medical Brace and a repair skill of 25 to add the Armor at a Workbench. Any Armored Jumpsuit can be dismantled back into it's parts at a Reloading Bench.
-Places the armored jumpsuits of Vaults 3, 11, 19, 22 and 34 somewhere into those Vaults for you to find!

TTW File (Optional):

-Adds a copy of the Vault-Tec Armorer's manual to Moira Brown's inventory in Craterside Supply (Or the underworld). It can either be purchased, pickpocketed or looted from her corpse
-Renames Dad's Wasteland Outfit to Vault 101 Wasteland Jumpsuit, and adds some to Vault 101 during Trouble on the Homefront
-Adds the ability to add Armor to the following Jumpsuits, converting them into Armored Vault Jumpsuits: Vault 77, Vault 87 Vault 92, Vault 101, Vault 101 Utility, Vault 101 Wasteland, Vault 106, Vault 108, Vault 112, as well as the Tunnel Snake Outfit. As with the vanilla file, each jumpsuit requires 5 Scrap Metal, a Medical Brace and a repair skill of 25 to add the Armor at a Workbench.
-Adds a working Vault 101 Canteen to the Lone Wanderer's desk during Escape!
-Adds Ryu Doppler's Vault 77 Vaultboy Puppet to the Paradise Falls Barracks.
-Places the armored jumpsuits of Vaults 87, 92, 106, 108 and 112 somewhere into those Vaults for you to find!
