Features include:
- All weapons and armors found within the game can be found in the player home organized to my liking ( if you noticed that I missed anything let me know)
- Anything that can be picked up was picked up (I probably missed something but what can you do
- All DLC completed
- All factions with good standing (Accepted or better) and very good karma
- Loads of caps from selling excess weapons and armor (over 1 million)
- All quests completed except for a few listed below(again if I missed any that were not listed be sure to let me know and I'll get'em done)
- All S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats at 10 (I used the dead money glitch to get agility to 33. My default agility is 2)
- perception is at 7 and luck is at 9 but I have the four eyes trait with the lucky shades which leaves perception and luck at 10
-if you want to get rid of the agility glitch then use command (player.dispel 71b87)
- All skills at 100 

Quests I didn't do include the following:
-Eye for an Eye
-Return to sender
-Birds of a feather
-I fought the law
-Ghost Town gunfight
-Any quests that trigger Beware the Wrath of Caesar! and Don't Tread on the Bear!

Location of items

-  Storage cabinet 1 (above workbench) is where I keep most of the misc items
-  Storage cabinet 2(above reloading bench) is where I keep casings, hulls, etc. I also keep the other parts to make ammo in there aswell.
- Ammunition box  is where I keep all the ammo type/excess mods
- Refrigerator is where I keep most of the edible food and drink with a few exception
- Tool box (under the biological research station) is where I keep the irradiated food and drink and some other items
- Vending machine (Nuka-Cola) is where I keep any drinks Nuka-Cola related 
- Vending machine (Sunset-Sarsaparilla) is where I keep anything alcohol related and is where I keep the sunset-sarsaparilla
- Footlocker (under the toaster) is where I keep any excess dlc items or any other extra rare items I have Collected 
- Three lockers (in the bedroom) is where I keep the armors from organized from light to medium to heavy.
- Toolbox (left of lockers) contains any headwear
- Footlocker (right of the bed) is where I keep currency and any excess chips/caps
-Footlocker (in front of bed) is where I keep Books, magazine, and skills books
- Trunk (left of bed) is where I keep all non-unique weapons
- Safe is where I keep all uniques (armor and weapons)
-First aid kit is where I keep all the meds and chems
