I can say that it is because it contains assets that do not fit Clean Vanilla HUD, but I rather be brutally honest...
Nexus does not reward mod updates, only creating mods. I don't like this either, so unless NexusMods gets a new update that rewards mod updates or features in a mod, It'll stay as a separate mod.
Well, that sucks, kinda seems like an incentive for spamming mods instead of maintaining and supporting, but hey I couldn't care less for the way you distribute mods, the way it benefits you the most would be the way I would choose so you can get the incentive you need to keep up the great work, thanks again!
That's the way it is. There really is an incentive to spam useless crap, and people who do legitimate work get flooded out. There is no incentive to update any of your mods either. You don't get anything out of it, which is mind-boggling and very depressing considering the many thousands of hours I spend on CPI.
I drew every icon myself, and I tried to be as true as possible to the original source material. I obviously did take some liberty on trying to improve the actual designs.
catches me off guard everytime i open the companion wheel because i expect to see this blurry mess on my screen but what i see is so much better. excellent work sir.
Like FO3, the game was designed for 720p. That's why if you play at that resolution the UI isn't bothersome at all. That being said, the companion wheel is still garbage looking even in 720p :D
Nope, he use a custom wheel he made with different texture files, less HD. Patch would be nice Check "Just Weapon Hweel\textures\Interface\JWH:JWHForeGround.dds"
Vanilla UI Plus, a UI mod that overhauls the font spacing, font size, and menu size to better accommodate more modern screen spaces. LOC says its needed because it also supports upscaled textures (like this mod), allowing them to actually work in your UI, while the vanilla UI doesn't, because it was designed for lower resolutions.
I certainly don't envy anyone trying to glean an interpretation from images with abysmally poor resolution, but as far as the image in the companion wheel showing the Vault Boy using a Stimpak, it had always seemed apparent to me that his facial expression was similar to other visages when he would take other chems (such as Rad-Away), or was otherwise disheveled, like in the Cannibal icon. The facial features suggested drug use, and the smile had a zig-zag look to it, as if in abnormal pleasure. I think if all of that was meant to suggest physical trauma, the artist wouldn't have limited such details to the head.

Exactly! There is no shortage of people creating mods...MAINTAINING those mods is were everything falls apart! Love your mod, btw.
On a sidenote, i'm curious to know, how do you exactly "clean" these up?
Everything is 'new', nothing is modified.
excellent work sir.
