OP didn't understand how the Calculate Buy Price value works. It multiplies vendor prices, not sell prices. There is no value for modifying sell prices.
I suggest fixing it by going into FNVEdit and changing it to give a 10% discount on all goods by changing the multiplier to 0.9 and removing the condition branch.
Russian Standard is big-time broken. It out-does the radaways by a goddamn mile. It does also makes Fiery Purgative (which is made from vodka) extremely useless. I love this perk but some nerf is greatly appreciated.
Can I please get the actual metrics of what A lone Wonderer actually does? The flavor text is nice and all but it doesn't tell me any actual %s of the benefits and how much more health do you get from Happy Medium?
Prospector perk is broken. Applies to vendors instead of PC, so scrap metal now costs 10 caps (at a markup of course) along with nearly half the essential crafting supplies. This'll never be updated I imagine, so just remember not to take this perk.

Not sure what this means, but this seems to happen when I use a tricked-out Anti-Material Rifle (GRA) while using standard Match Load ammunition.
Anyone have any inclination on how to fix this problem and stop it from presenting a pop-up? Sometimes the shot taken works as intended, sometimes it doesn't and hits me with a Notif, disrupting gameplay.
(I do have several mods installed along with PerkPackPlus, but I want to see if anyone has answers before I am asked to list off what I got.)
And depending on how things go - is this safe to uninstall in mid-gameplay?

I've ran preliminary tests and it seems to be working.
Update: Unfortunately, said mod is no longer available.
