I hear what you're attempting to do, but I'd leave it up to the user. It's far, far easier to just hit the button for single .esp mods than it is to manually install, and a lot of us use managers to keep our NV installs (relatively) clean. There's no reason to not include that option other than a personal gripe.
Sinisterkiller1987 That's just you not knowing how to mod and make proper conflict resolution. But no, let's blame it on the mod manager 90% use and is better than EVERYTHING out there nowadays.
I have astonishingly good luck at finding bottles of water. I always wonder why my inventory weight is so extreme, and then I find out that I have 40+ bottles of pure water being stored.
I have the same problem in Skyrim. I use Frostfall and Realistic Needs, but I always end up with plenty of food. "Hey, what do you have in that backpack? Daedric armor?" "No. About twenty cheese-wheels."

This mod right here is top tier and it's why I keep going back... but I still hit disable on the bathroom door because it gets in the way.

It's amazing how much of a difference cleaning up all those stains and such can make. The room looks quite spacious now.
Banished that f***ing rubble pile from freeside to oblivion?
