Renames the Pip-Boy from 3000 to 2000 for those who use the Pip-Boy 2000 mod.

DO NOT USE THIS MOD IF YOU AREN'T USING THE PIP-BOY 2000 Mk VI MOD HERE:

It will simply not make sense otherwise.
The mod I linked above for those who don't know is a wonderful Pip-Boy mod that either adds a new Pip-Boy in-game to find that resembles the classic Pip-Boy from Fallout 1 & 2 as well as Fallout 76, or outright replaces the Pip-Boy 3000 entirely.
However, for those who use the replacer version, the name of the Pip-Boy in-game was still "Pip-Boy 3000"
I've asked the creator a while back if they could rename it, but I was told it was an .esp-less mesh replacer and would be left that way by them, which I respect. So I decided to do this little edit myself almost 2 years later. It simply changes the Pip-Boy name from 3000 to 2000.
I love this mod so much, please go show them some love even if you don't use this mod or theirs.
