   The mod manager version doesn't really work since you haven't placed the file in the appropiate folder.

      Sorry, first time uploading any kind of mesh or texture mod for New Vegas. I updated the file, should work with MO's now. I tested it with my own mod organizer and it seemed to apply correctly.
