    I know has been some time since this mod was uploaded and probably the author doesn't play FNV anymore, but... I come here to say this mod was a pleasant surprise. A good example of, sometimes, less is more. Frequentely locations are object of overhauls. In this clean-up, the removal of the motel fence  turned the settlement more desert-like ambient. Also, in FNV gameplay small civil settlements are not subject of frequent attacks like FO4 and makes a lot of sense a less cluttered ambient in the middle of a desert. In a single word, Novac becomes more immersive.
    However, minor drawbacks are present. Uncut Wasteland adds a pile of tires on top of something in the motel rear entrance, so you need to disable such object (very easy). But there are also two missing textures in this very spot, exposed by the mod itself (images below):

    Anyway, this author has other mods here in Nexus in the same perspective and  I think it is very lore and immersive, sometimes little details could make a significant diference.

      Stop playing nv? never its a goat i make sure to give it a good run at least once a year. Thanks for the comment sorry for the long delay in responding

    Will this work with a mod(s) that change the Novac hotel room safehouse?  The room is such a disaster that I don't know if I could play with it in its vanilla state without going batshyt crazy!  If the room mod was loaded after this, I'd assume that it would work fine, but double checking never hurts...
    Also, I like adding a campfire outside the safehouse/hotel room.  Will this still work (loading campfire after, of course)?
    Love the idea for this mod, and tried a similar one - at least a mod w/ a similar idea - and it was a train wreck!  Hope this does a better job (it can't be worse! lol), and really look forward to trying this out!  Thanks and keep on modding - we mere mortals do appreciate it!

      I dont see why it would change anything. the saferoom is an interior cell and i edited an exterior cell. Try it our and see what happens
