Retextures combat armor to something more suited to the environments of the Mojave, now you won't have a big olive-colored target painted on your back. I also used Gigapixel AI to upscale the textures to 2k, AI upscaling isn't a replacement for natively high-res textures but it should at least serve to make the textures a little less blurry.
