This Mod Features:
+ Goodsprings Homestead with Brahmin ranch out back. Includes a cow you can milk.
Feel free to tip over the calves (but don't attack them or Alejandro the Bighorner or Hector the Farmdog will hunt you down).
+ Custom Ammunition built for 40mm, 12ga and .22 round guns. Featuring all-new projectiles using vanilla assets.
Custom Ammo includes Tranquilizers and Tasers for .22 silenced pistols, and Behemoth Bean Bags for 12ga shotguns and 40mm grenade guns.
+ The Cambie Blackjack Club is open for business. Featuring a stolen Ultra-Luxe Blackjack Table which uses real Ultra-Luxe chips.

+ Custom 3rd Person animation activators.
Now you can feel like a real-life NPC - Smoke a cigarette! Take a swig of whiskey! Sweep the house! Rake the farmyard! Prepare breakfast and brew some coffee! Do some pushups! Flip off a reminder of Benny! Play guitar or the violin! Admire yourself in the mirror and even strike up a dance with that fine mannequin you've been eyein' up across the bar!
Known Bugs:
- Activators MUST be activated in 3rd Person Mode otherwise they will not work.
You CAN, however, SWITCH to 1st Person Mode AFTER you trigger it in 3rd Person Mode if you use an immersive 1st Person Mode mod.
- I haven't figured out how to trigger music to play when you play the guitar or violin... yet.
