I always hated how intense and blinding the dust storm was at night in Hidden Valley, so I made this quick edit to make it more pleasing to the eye.
Check the images to see which version would be best for you, the main file is more transparent and subtle than the other 2.
Don't think any other mods have touched this before.
Install normally, overwrite/load after other mods if needed.
