This Mod is a fix for the broken piece of shit perk known as In Shining Armor and it buffs it a bit too making the DT increased to 15 from 5. Originally in Shining Armor was supposed to give you more DT against Energy Weapons but was coded to increase DT against Energy Damage which isnt a real id in the game. This Mod fixes it to read EnergyWeapons instead of Energy. YUP also fixes this perk.
