Taking a new stab at creating a recharger weapon, learned a bit more and expanded. Currently I have a couple errors, I believe the First-person rifle is low and the nif-bashed features from the Multiplas rifle find themselves low in Third-person. I have tried to balance this for a later game weapon, but as with my other upload I dropped it in the truck in front of Doc Mitchell's house for testing purposes. I'm pretty much at the limit of how I know to fix things. Way better balanced than the pistol I made the other time, solid laugh now that I looked further into how the numbers all work.
UPDATE: Fixed the positioning errors mentioned by making sure I had everything set properly to the native import position to the original recharger rifle. Did some custom texturing, need to go through and add some to the finer details. This is the final version of my mod, I spent some more hours trying to fix the projectile and havok issues, once dropped it has no physics and you cannot highlight the item at all. Frankly, this is over 35 hours and I am ready to be done. I do hope someone interested can fix this but I am moving on from here.
