I'm tempted to go with this, but I'm not sure how well itll play with jsawyer, because it changes experience. I believe it increased the amount needed and this might unbalance the hell out of that.

Still, the temptation is strong

cool idea, but xp is showered on you like water in vanilla new vegas already
