any idea how to fix the flickering first person models? i use 3.40.1 and hitman's animation pack. a have DXVK installed as well, so it might be a conflict?
What's the performance impact of NVR for you guys? When I gave it a shot I tanked from 90fps to 50fps on a i7-7700k & GTX1080. I tried playing around with the settings but nothing seemed to make it more performance friendly. Ended up having to let it go.
I don't remember exact numbers but the perfomance loss is pretty huge if you use shadows. I suggest you to try DXVK, with it I was able to play at stable 60 fps most of the time but you'll experience a couple of small visual glitches and maybe problems with NVHR.
I'm loving this preset but have one issue, I cant seem to edit anything in the NVR menu, I can open/close and navigate the menus but it wont let me edit any values.
Hmm, interesting. Double check NewVegasReloaded.ini for keybinds, look for KeyAdd, KeySubtract and KeyEditing. Do you have NVHR installed? I remember something simillar happened to me when I had it installed.
I don't know why it's hapenning so I can't really help you, sorry. On my setup NVHR was conflicting with DXVK or something like that and causing random startup crashes so I didn't use it. Maybe the problem is in the different layout of NewVegasReloaded.ini because this preset was made for 3.2.0 and maybe you're using 3.3.0. Anyways, if that won't lead you to anything I think you know the solution: disable NVHR, tweak settings, save them, enable it back :D
