In 2249, mad scientist Victor Presper and his followers released a pre-war strain of the New Plague into the Wasteland. During the outbreak, the Followers of the Apocalypse tried to contain infection and create a vaccine, often using for self-defense various bacteriological protection suits.One of these scientists had a weird sense of humor. This old hazmat has been completely remade into some sort of medieval Plague Doctor costume.Let's hope this doctor saved more people than scared them to death... or was it intended?
